"Wonderful property and staff. Large room impeccably clean. Prompt room service. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Had laundry back within 24 hours perfectly done. Area surrounding hotel very quiet so need a car or Metro stop 3 blocks away at end of line 17. "

"The hotel was in a great area, right next to a shopping mall filled with amazing restaurants and on the other side of the mall is wangfujing street. It's also a 20 minute walk to the palace museum, tianamen square, and qianmen street so probably an unbeatable location for the price range. The condition of the hotel was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, the water pressure was good, good views. My experience with the staff was fantastic. They were all very welcoming and helpful. I do want to call out Nora Liu in particular because after I found out that the great wall was sold out, she provided other fantastic options and helped me book them. She also helped me plan a great wall trip and was just overall very warm and inviting every time I saw her. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Beijing"

"The subway station is 10-15mins to walk, but taxis are readily available for convenience. The room size suits our needs well. The staff, particularly Mr. 牛 & Mr. 王, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Mr. 牛, being a local, offers valuable recommendations for dining and shopping spots."

"first of all, the hotel team was superb! i been to 14 countries in the last 3 years and been in many hotels and i have not received the customer service your staff gave me! from the entrance to the room service everyone has an amazing beautiful attitude to help all the guest. in the front counter Leo, Yvy , Ann and Leon were incredibly help full with a beautiful smile all the time they made my stay for my birthday unforgettable and help me with all my questions and needs everyday of the 4 nights i was there from 4/17/24 to 4/21/24 . This type of service makes your facility the four seasons hotel enjoyable and i will most definitely RECOMMEND to anyone i talk to . I live in Miami and i could not way to come back to stay at the four seasons in Beijing. Thanks to your team i had my best Birthday vacations ever…..🙏💥🇨🇳"

"The Cordis is a very comfortable hotel next to Beijing Airport and great if you are in transit for a night. It's easy to get a 24 hour entry visa, although be sure to ask airport staff where to go to get it, as you will need it in your passport before you go through immigration. Getting to the hotel is relatively straightforward, although the directions from the hotel to get to the shuttle pick up area omitted that you need to exit at 2F, one floor down from the arrival hall. In the hotel I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. The staff are very attentive and the food is very good."
