"Fantastic hotel! The staff go above and beyond. Jeremy the front desk manager was very accommodating to our needs. He deserves special recognition for all his assistance on our Christmas Day check-in despite the confusion caused by Expedia in failing to upgrade to Club Lounge Access. Will definitely stay at Crowne Plaza Changi again. "
