"This was such a beautiful, pleasant surprise. The hotel was exquisite. The service was outstanding, and the staff were mostly helpful. ( except for one experience with a staff member giving us wrong directions to a very popular attraction… But these things happen. I wouldn’t hold it against the Hotel for that.) I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on doing so for some friends who are coming in the fall I would also consider staying at other paradox hotels around the world You have made me feel welcome"

"It is impossible to get to this hotel if you are an international arrival because of where it is located! Once you go through customs, you can't reach it. Beware! We lost money due to not being able to reach the hotel, and it was too late to cancel our reservation. HIGHLY dissatisfied that this was not made more clear!"

"The rooms were clean. Good view. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good! We love the variety of dishes offered. We walked around the place and loved the greeneries. Lush green! The pool was big. The splash pad is something we might try when we bring our grandchildren. Our luggage was brought to the room in a timely manner. The rooms were already ready for us. We were greeted at the parking drop off by wonderful staff. Overall, great experience. Will come back!!"
