Changi Hotels with Shuttle Services

"The convenient location to the airport was excellent However late night arrival food options not at all good The fact that after our holiday we would be returning at 6am after a 17 hour flight from New York and departing at midnight attracts a one and a half day rate should we require the room to be available at 6am. This is quite ridiculous for an AIRPORT TRANSIT HOTEL.what exactly are we supposed to do between 6am snd3pm?????? We were advised that this is hotel policy. This may be the case when using an hotel for purposes other than transit. This ridiculous situation needs to be updated!"

"Great stay all round. Great service, shuttle bus very handy, super friendly helpful staff, two great pools. Surprised by an upgrade to a sea view which was much appreciated as we were on our honeymoon. Lovely neighbourhood. A lovely shift of pace from being in the city."

"The check in was a bit slow, and I got sent to the wrong elevator bank, but apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't a big fan of the room, which was quite small, and I couldn't get electronics to work properly. The breakfast buffet was decent. Plenty of good amenities, including pool, restaurant, laundry, and gym. The location is nice, close to the river walk, or else not far from the subway."

"Staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and caring. Rooms really clean. Great room service and location of the hotel. Fabulous views and amazing club lounge. The breakfasts were really good, had a bit of everything to start your day and plenty of it. The pool was lovely."
