A wonderful stay

The River Resort can be rated as one of the nicest resorts of South East Asia : comfortable and very well kept rooms with large balcony overlooking the Mekong River, amazing sunrise, beautiful gardens, nice food, interesting activities nearby: Vat Phou, Champasak village, Don Daeng Islands, and most of all, most friendly and professional staff. In short, a highly recommended place to visit the southern part of Laos!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im River Resort. Wir haben unser Zimmer auf River View upgegradet und hatten tolle Sonnenaufgänge von unserer Terrasse aus. Die beiden Infinity Pools laden zum entspannen ein. Vor allem das Personal war total herzlich und aufmerksam. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen :)

Il River Resort è un posto da sogno. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente, coccolati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Una gentilezza incredibile da parte di tutto lo staff. La sera del mio compleanno mi hanno fatto una torta a sorpresa! La camera con vista Mekong è strepitosa, un grande letto, spazi ampi, un bagno bellissimo e la doppia doccia, interna e esterna, hanno dato quel tocco in più. Le due piscine sono un sogno, la pace che si respira qui è unica. Il ristorante offre un menu vario e tutto era buonissimo. Non possiamo che consigliarlo a chi cerca comfort, qualità, ospitalità e pace.

Hotelli luonnon keskellä

Vietimme hotellissa 4 yötä kahden viikon Laos kiertomatkan päätteeksi. Hotellilta helppo tehdä retkiä lähistöllä oleviin kohteisiin kuten Wat Phu temppeliin. Hotellialue todella miellyttävä ja kaunis. Huone jokinäkymällä toisessa kerroksessa ihan mahtava auringonnousuineen. Huone siisti ja toimiva sekä sänky todella hyvä. Alue kaikkiaan tosi siisti. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja hymyilevää. Auringonlaskun veneily hotellin veneellä kruunasi majoittumisemme

Dieses Hotel ist ein luxuriöser Ausgangspunkt wenn man den Süden von Laos erkunden möchte. Wir haben das mit 2 Tagestouren gemacht und unseren restlichen Urlaub hier mit einem exzellenten Spa (für mich die beste Massage in ganz Laos, sollte man aber rechtzeitig reservieren), zwei Infinity Pools mit Flussblick, leckerem Essen und guten Drinks entspannt ausklingen lassen. In der näheren Umgebung des Hotels gibt es außer typischem Landleben nicht viel zu sehen, doch wir hatten nach einer anstrengenden Woche im Norden sowieso nicht mehr das Bedürfnis das Hotel lange zu verlassen. Der aufmerksame Service des Personals ist besonders hervorzuheben, Vongkot und viele Kollegen machen einen ganz tollen Job!

Skønneste sted - høj kvalitet til en fair pris.

Det skønneste sted, vi havde 4 fantastiske dage. Alt fungerede så godt, det sødeste personale, og et fint og velholdt resort med en så fin have og direkte ved Mekongfloden. Vi blev opgraderet til Villa med riverview - dejligt stort rum, godt opdelt med værelse, bad og toilet, super seng og de bedste puder på hele turen. De laver den bedste mad i restauranten, det er en smule dyrere, end hvis man går ud og spiser, men alle pengene værd og fine portipner. To dejlige pools, begge med udsigt til Mekongfloden. Fin tourservice, hvis man skal videre, med afhentning med båd direkte på resortet. Dejligt med fri brug af cykler - ikke den bedste kvalitet, men vi kom langt omkring i forskellige landsbyer på dem, så hyggeligt. Vat Phou (Unicef Herritage Village) tæt på, absolut et beøg værd. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette sted nok og kommer så gerne igen.

Das Resort liegt direkt am Mekong. Zu empfehlen ist ein Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Fluss, eine einzigartige Stimmung bei Sonnenaufgang. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal angenehm und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut, schön draussen im Grünen zu sitzen und die Stimmung geniessen. Dieses ruhige Resort können wir bestens empfehlen

Delightful and private

How surprising to enter this property a bit of a distance from Pakse but so worth the trip. Lovely accommodations and very attentive staff. Arrived in the rain to a small army of helpers to protect us and our suitcases. The views of the river are lovely and the restaurant was delightful. Breakfast was filled with homemade jams and fresh-to-order mains. A delight.
