"Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. "We now stay here every time we visit Chamonix. This trip we stayed over in the farmhouse instead of the main hotel. Think it might be our new favorite. Beautiful views from the deck. The service here is outstanding as well. Conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk to the city center for restaurants and shops. Both restaurants on site here are 5 star! Love the bar as well. Highly recommend this place. "

"The entire staff at this hotel is outgoing and makes a proactive effort to ensure you have a great experience at their hotel and in the Chamonix area. They were helpful with special requests and when we had an issue with a late arriving shuttle they stepped in and resolved it with the vendor. Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the amazing breakfast is served atop the hotel with an even better view. I would definitely stay at the Alpina Eclectic again. "
