"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"

" ✨ Review of our stay ✨ We truly enjoyed our time here — everything was clean, peaceful, and simply beautiful. The service was excellent: warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The place has a charming atmosphere with lush greenery, soft grass, and a real sense of privacy thanks to the separate cottages. There’s instead a lovely swimming pool area surrounded by nature, where you can fully relax and unwind. A perfect spot for a calm and pleasant getaway. "Studio was far larger than expected, the balcony was large and we had good views. Breakfast plentiful and the pool lovely. Have stayed there before and would stay there again. Staff always polite and always ready with a helping hand for any questions. Excellent. "

"Very nice stay at this property. It is mainly a venue geared towards events. We felt it is a great property for a single night but due to its remote location from the city best as a stopover place. Would definitely return. A great property with a terrific staff. Stayed 1 night after arriving at the airport and again 2 weeks later the night prior to leaving from the airport. "

"The rooms are comfortable though not overly big. The bathroom is very small. It was a tight squeeze into the shower. The balcony was lovely as it gave us more space and fresh air. We loved the pool however the beach was much warmer to swim in. "

"We stayed at the newly built condo. Rooms were clean and spacious with great views. The pool and restaurant were good too. The gardens, the playground and the areas were the animals live could use better maintenance i.e. there were some nails sticking out from some pieces of wood, the protective floor at the playground was torn out etc. Overall it would have been a great experience if we had not faced a very disturbing issue with the restaurant: our son is celiac and we had chosen this hotel as it provides gluten free options (we had actually stayed there in the past and had no issues). However, this time our son was glutened as they provided us with wheat bread during breakfast assuring us it was gluten free. Luckily our son is asymptomatic but this is a very serious mistake - cannot even imagine what would have happened if our son was allergic and the restaurant poorly catered his needs. I spoke to the managers only after I asked for it and they said it was a one time human error however there was no action taken afterwards to rectify the situation other than a simple apology. Not sure I can recommend this property given all the above along with the fact that I think it is overly priced for its offerings."
