We havexstayed at this hotel quite a few times on the way through France. The room is small but becauseit isnonly for one night this is not a problem.it is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. However there always seems to be a niggle with the room. This time the air-conditioning wasn't functioning , the time before the flush on the toilet kept running . I feel the hotel needs a refurbishment.

Difficulties

We keep saying we won't go there again but this time we mean it. It is very conveniently place on the edge of a large retail park. The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. There hsve been problems in the past with the door locks do now they have installed a key sytem but unfortunately the key is vrry dtiff and it is difficult to open the door. Money needs to be sent to overall the infrastructure.

Établissement très moyen ne mérite pas 3 étoiles

Décevant pour un trois étoiles. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre. État général de la chambre moyen. Entretien des locaux pas terrible. Pas d eau au robinet (détecteur non fonctionnel) des sanitaires à côté de la réception. Tables du petit déjeuner non débarrassées au fur et à mesure. Qualité des produits du petit déjeuner indigne d un trois étoiles.
