"Had a fantastic time staying at E1 suites for 5 days in June. Room was clean, spacious lots of amenities and complimentary drinks and snacks. Bathroom was lovely too. "We arrived later than planned because our flight was diverted to Malaga due to an island-wide power outage. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the bay and Spain. Our rate included the buffet breakfast, which seemed rather chaotic at times. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening, but the bar was very reasonably-priced for the essential sundowner!"

"I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I had booked a hotel room and when I went to check in they found my name but there was a technical error that did not register my booking. At this point I was told that there hotel was full and I could not stay even though I showed my booking confirmation code and showed my identification. The reception staff apologised for this and stated thay there was nothing more that they could do. The staff helped direct me into the Gibraltar jurisdiction."
