The resort itself is incredible, super clean, great food and facilities especially for kids. The town of Cesme was a disappointment, the people weren’t very friendly and we felt uncomfortable.

Food and beverage exceptional, service staff also very helpful. A small with the air conditioning and had to move rooms-the system is not functioning high enough for a sun facing room. Overall a nice facility with a nice decor

Hard to justify pricing
It’s an absolutely beautifully designed hotel but the prices (especially over holidays) are very hard to justify. There are no sections of the hotel for adults only so it’s hard to get away from the many children there if you’re looking for quiet.

We had an excellent experience during our stay. We took the room with pool access which was amazing. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, kids area was amazing and the beach service was lovely. I also had the best massage ever

Fantastic Hotel
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great pool area and spa. An amazing service. Big rooms with great view. Good breakfast. In the high season a bit hard to get taxi on weekends. Can get windy by the beach.

For the price you pay. The service falls extremely short. No one speaks English and none of the menus are in English. Service is a hot or miss, everyday is different. Beautiful place with a terrible management. The potential is amazing just get rid of the managers and get leadership that knows how to run such a heavenly place.

Very beautiful and new hotel where still needs a lot more time to reach its best. Their staffs are very friendly and polite but still need a lot more of training in many aspects. One more thing is that the hotel is surrounded by a few night clubs, which their extremely loud noises can be clearly heard in the rooms till even 4 am!!
