Spacious apartment in great location! Only 2 negative things... First, we requested a fan, but sadly, they could not make that happen in 80 degree weather. The problem was, because we had to leave the windows open, there were a few men carrying on till all hours of the night. Secondly, the shower to very small with no place to put soap or shampoo.

The top room (room 10) was a little bit warm and could use a fan but the downstairs room was better. It is a super cute place, great location, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Cesky Krumlov. Super friendly and helpful check in. Was recommended places to eat for breakfast and dinner and both were perfect. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the castle.

Dirty but great location
Staff member was not very friendly, and the room was extremely dirty and dusty to the point where if you accidently drop any of your clothing on the floor for 1sec, you would easily see the dust attached to the clothing. Beside the uncleanliness, the location of the hotel was amazing, and the view was fantastic!

Spacious and clean. In a good location as well. We had a room with an amazing view of the castle. The only downside was the water pressure of shower was rather low.

Great place right in the middle of the center. Figuring out parking was tricky especially when arriving at night. But since we arrived later than we thought, they allowed us to use the parking for the day even after checkout which was awesome!

Excellent location in Old Town, everything is close by and easily walkable. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four and our views from our windows was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

We were quite disappointed with our stay. Parking is no longer free as per what previous reviewers stated. Price for parking was not clearly communicated. It’s evident that they overcharge and make money from it. Make sure to find out price before going. The website gives illusion of a warm, friendly pension owned by Cesky Krumlov family but reality was owners are not there and they have staff who sell in their small shop downstairs between 9-6 who give you the key. They make a point of making sure you arrive and leave within those times to accommodate them. We were disappointed. Was not what we were expecting.

Your perfect stay in Cesky Krumlov
I wish I could stay here longer, because Vila Krumlov is perhaps the best hotel I had stay! It felt like a home away from home, or perhaps even better than my home because my home doesn't have a stunning view of the beautiful Czech town or an incredibly charming location. We stayed in CK for a night in the suite, which had everything we needed and more. From the kitchen to the restroom to the bedroom, everything was in top conditions despite being in a historic housing, and the perfect decor made the suite even more homely with a historic vibe. Another plus is that the beds were really comfortable! I would love to stay in CK for a week instead of a night just to relax in this suite. The location of Vila Krumlov is also unbeatable! The place is an easy walk from the long-distance bus station and the closest point that an outside shuttle can drive, yet it's deep enough in the charming town to feel like you are in a world different from the outside modernity. Next to Vila Krumlov is a mini-park that offers a spectacular view; the main square and the main church are also within minutes away. Essentially, the location is perfect! In fact, everything about this place is perfect! Cesky Krumlov is best experienced with at least an overnight stay, and Vila Krumlov should be your top choice to staying a night in this charming town.

Pleasant pension
Really pleasant pension in a beautiful town. Lots of tourists around even in mid November, mid summer must be crazy. Come in the off season. Would recommend Vila Krumlov, big rooms, we had a view of the castle tower from ours. Enjoy.

Fabulous place to hang your hat and explore
Nice big Apartment , handy having a kitchen facilities. Easy walk to explore the gems that Cesky Krumov has to share with everyone. Best to drop your luggage off a Vila then find the parking. Parking in this town limited, but reception gives you Map & directions. Was a little tricky to find but easy once you found it. Then just a short wonder through town back to Vila. Very pleasant stay.

Here is our overall experience: 1. The phone number posted by the hotel is incorrect. When I called to arrange a taxi pickup from the bus station, the man at the other end told me to dial another number. 2. The front desk is not knowledgeable about the terrain of the area. From the bus station to the hotel is downhill, but the front desk said to go uphill, which is the opposite direction. 3. The front desk is a gift shop that is only open from 8am to 6pm. There is no one on duty outside these hours. 4. The entrance is completely obstructed by gift shop stands. One entry door is open, the other door remains locked shut. The door is very narrow, barely fitting the width of a person. Stairs at the entry door makes moving luggages extremely difficult. There is no elevator. Access to rooms is through stairs only. There is no ramp for luggages. Entry, lobby, and staircase are all very tight spaces, but the hotel staff does not help carry your luggage. 5. For two people, the hotel provides one regular bed cover. The other bed cover is much narrower, thinner, and shorter. It only covers a person from the chest to the ankles. It is very bothersome and causes you to catch a cold. Towels for the shower is also one regular size, and the other one much smaller. The hotel provides no explanation and no remedy to this issue. 6. Instant coffee and tea bags are not provided. 7. The room is spacious and clean. All heat radiators are working well.

It was really bad experience. The room was underground. Too humid and bad small. Whenever we entered the room, unpleasant fungus small made us disgusting. When we asked to switch a room, the receptionist said no available rooms caused by full booking. After several unpleasant arguement and some calls, we finally got another room in another place. Even they said we should call ti Hotels.com and they would talk to Hotels.com!!! It was really annoying. I never visit this place again. My whole trip in Cesky is suck due to hotel!

We chose this place mainly because its reasonable rate and ideal location, but the castle view was better than we expected. The place was very close to the town center so there were many great places nearby to explore, and it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the Student Agency's bus station, although we had to drag our luggage and walk uphill. The living space of our room was huge, enough for a truck of stuff to be placed inside, but of course you would have to move your stuff upstairs since the old renovated condo had no elevator. The bathroom was a bit letdown - the space was very limited, the water flow was weak, and it took some time for the water to become as hot as you expected. The Wi-Fi was stable and really fast, so no need to worry about your internet access there. The lady at the reception when we arrived was a bit indifferent, but the other lady on duty for the next two days were pretty friendly. Overall, I would still recommend this place, as long as the downsides I mentioned above are not going to be major problems for you.
