A few small improvements would make this ok...

This place has potential, but missed the boat in many ways. It is close-ish to the town center. You can get there in 10 minutes but up and over a hill. Could hear a baby crying above us and a dog barking nearby all night. Reception closed at 6 and we arrived shortly after that. They had left a number to call, but no one answered. Turns out key was in the apartment and door unlocked. They could have easily emailed or called us with that info. For an apartment, with a kitchenette I was surprised there was no coffee maker! Stand up shower was nice but drained slowly. Towels are obviously hung to dry and were rough and didn't smell great after first use. Close to a little market and has a spa but we didn't try. Free parking was good.
