"We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. Location is perfect in the heart of Navigli, it's down a side street, a 2 minute walk to the center of everything, a 1 minute walk to a metro station and tram stop just around the corner. "Excellent location near the Duomo—convenient, clean, and safe. The only downsides are that a nightclub is located in the same building, so loud music from DJs can sometimes be heard, and the shower floor can be a bit slippery. Please be careful."

"It's not a hotel. More like a rental apartment. No proper reception. No breakfast service. No plate, bowl, spoon, fork, or even cup is to be used or borrowed. I booked a superior room, thus I am not sure what makes it it 'more superior' than other rooms. No additional facilities. The area is a bit dodgy (like most train stations in all countries) thus to enter the apartment with so many instructions is a bit difficult. When we returned to the place at around 9pm, we were followed by a beggar....
