"Exceptional room. Amazing staff. Excellent wifi and breakfast. The location on Plaza de Armas can’t be beat. So walkable. We loved our stay! We had one hiccup. We asked for early check-in. Reception said none was available. Upon arriving at approximately 5:30 AM after a 16 hour overnight bus ride, we asked again. Reception said they could store our bags. Check-in was 1pm. Then they said for $50 USD we could check in early. We declined and stored our bags. We went for breakfast with fellow travellers. All were able to check in early for free at their hotels. When we returned from breakfast around 9am and asked to wait on the terrace, we were informed our room was ready and our luggage was in it. We were very, very happy and booked a few more nights. "

"The hotel had excellent service. Very nice employees greeting you and taking your luggage. The food was good and the breakfast was abundant. I would recommend they have screens for their windows to prevent bugs from coming into the dining room. The king room we had was excellent. The atmosphere and the animals outside in the complex were very cute to see. The "
