"The service was exceptional. My wife and I had a couple of questions and they went above and beyond to answer them and to find us a good solution. No problems just things we hadnt planned for on our trip. The Hotel is clean and well run. I didnt have the morning breakfast but went down there and it was a good selection and well kept up. Clean and filled. We didnt have any issues with sound or commotion. We stayed on a Saturday night and our room was at the far end of one hallway/2nd floor. "

"Cherish at the front desk was professional and went out of her way to make our stay stress free. We had traveled from Twain Harte due to storm damage and she could not have made it easier on us. Thanks for your compassion and your concern. Keep up the great work."
