"What an amazing little place and what amazing owners. This guest house is absolutely beautiful and so well designed for comfort and style. Beds great, bathrooms clean and new, and the most fabulous breakfast served by the most fabulous owners. I can’t rate this highly enough and even giving it 10/10 doesn’t do it justice! Incredible service - Maurice went above and beyond, meeting me at the town border to guide me through town to the parking spot, carrying my suitcase to and from my room, and providing me excellent advice on dining and sights. I also loved the rooftop gourmet breakfast and well-stocked honor bar. Such a thoughtful place to stay."

"What a wonderful building! We were in the “suite” and it was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice to suit all tastes and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. We took their advice on an excellent place to have dinner and it didn’t disappoint "

"Although it’s a beautifully renovated building in the residential part of the old town of Velez-Málaga, the photos are somewhat misleading. Pool is a jacuzzi that is no longer functioning. Ground floor rooms are dark, with no views and portable air conditioning units. There was no wifi in our room—only in the common areas. Parking can be difficult."
