"Not sure what all the rave is about, this is a basic 2-star hotel with very basic amenities and a mediocre breakfast. For some reason, Expedia marks this hotel as a luxury hotel which makes no sense. The property was fine, room was reasonably clean although the shower curtains had a few stains on them and the tub had a lot of hair. "The part of the swimming pool that says 3FT , its actually deeper on the left sides of the stairs . My 5 year old daughter almost drowned. I jumped in with cloths to take her out . Be careful with that!"

"Great little place. No complaints. Had a nice breakfast with other guests that were staying there graciously provided by the host. Would definitely come back sometime. Expect a charming rustic vibe with comfy, contemporary TV/wifi set up. Breakfast was really great, everything pretty much felt at home, though we only stayed on night. Only weird thing was we had difficulty getting the bedside lamps to turn on."

"Very old, dirty and run down. It’s sketchy like something out of a true crime documentary. If you have a car, sleeping there is a better option. This is a very last resort kind of place. Also it’s beside a nightclub and across from a strip club so be prepared for a lot of cash paying customers and everything that comes with that staying there."

"We loved this place. A few minor maintenance needs, but they were more than compensated for by the beautiful and restful waterside setting. Bed was comfortable. Room was small but adequate. Nice touches : real creamers for morning coffee (no powdered poison). We'd come back again given a reason to travel to the area."

"there was no hot water and when asked about this the lady at reception said she will let her husband know once he is back after 9 am ! the building is super old , washroom are shared between rooms , NO air condition ! there was a $50 resort fees ... FOR WHAT ??? we paid about $185 per night"
