"We were thrilled with our 2 bedroom apartment. The views of the fjord were incredible, the apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was fabulous! Check in and out were seamless. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we are ever in Akureyi again! "

"Great apartment! Centrally located on the main drag in Akuryeri and right next to this fabulous cafe called Berlin! The flat itself was spacious yet cozy, and after traveling for a few days it was a nice place to relax and watch movies while it snowed outside. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and there was off-street parking in a private lot. Would definitely book again! Wish we stayed longer than 1 night!"

"Booked a private room with shared bathroom at the hostel. I arrived very late but had received the self check in instructions via email. All was good and I was able to get to my room without incident. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The communal washing area and toilets were close which was helpful. "I messaged them with a few questions and they were very quick to respond. Our apartment was very clean and spacious. They have free laundry on site which was a bonus but unfortunately the dryer didn’t work well. We did make sure to empty the water, like they have posted, but sadly they still came out damp after 3hrs. Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend! "

"A very modern and clean hotel. All sites of interest to us were in easy walking distance of the hotel. Many open spaces and brilliant views of the fjord from the bedroom window. A short 15 minute walk to the harbour and then caught a boat to see whales (we saw three species). Also an easy walk to the church, high street and old town."

"We were disappointed, arrived in late evening and were supposed to stay 2 days but we immediately booked another hotel (K16 apartments) for the following night, which for a little more money gave us a much better experience. The issues we encountered: no free parking close by, 2 flights of stairs to carry our suitcases up to the apt, very small studio with sofa bed which occupies a lot of space when opened, plus an heavy glass and metal coffee table which further reduces space, no bath towels...
