"Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel. Plentiful overnight parking in the long stay carpark behind the hotel. Some traffic noise as it is an old building with single glazing but that is to be expected. "

"The check in was quick and easy, the room was superb and plenty big enough with a writing desk, coffee table and chairs and a superb bathroom complete with a bath. I dined in the evening, the food was first class, as was the service. Breakfast was also excellent. One minor criticism is that an omelette was the same price as a full English. I had that as I wasn't hungry enough for a full fry up but didn't want continental. Parking outside is also problematic. There is some short term parking...

"Llety Nest is a semi-detached cottage on a working farm. It is in a picturesque qnd quiet area, and while not in a town, not far to drive for shops etc. The Cottage had a fully equipped kitchen including a slow cooker, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and full oven. The washing machine and dryer were very welcome. The lounge room was also well equipped with free Netflix, and the cottage had good wifi and TV signals. The bed is a double, but comfy.
