"The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. Het bed lag heerlijk en echt een kingsize bed, mega breed, heerlijk geslapen. De geur in het bijgebouw was zo heerlijk, alles ook brandschoon. Het personeel was zo vriendelijk. "The staff was phenomenal. When our room wasn’t ready (we were early) the staff allowed us to drink our own wine in their lobby while we waited. They even opened it for us and brought us glasses. The hotel is luxury mixed with a phenomenal location. Their hotel parking is very reasonable and the access to the spa is very accommodating to those staying in their hotel."
