"Horrible experience overall. Stayed for 3 nights and 2 days. Very limited options for breakfast and most of the time food containers are empty. Foods are not identified. How customers will know about food restrictions or allergies? Provided towels are all very old and multiples tears here and there. Threads are coming out. Towels are almost in unusable conditions. But also they charged us 75$ after checking out do a stained towel with yogurt telling that these already severely damaged towels costs 100$ each. What a pleasant surprise and guest service? I have stayed in several top quality hotels and never got this kind of harassment with towels. Microtel should let us know in advance that we should not use their towels and rather carry our own towels and use that. Most of the time the front desk is empty with no receptionist. While after checking out tried to drive out the car, the front desk forgot to give the key and we had to wait in the driveway for more than 30 minutes being stuck. Tried to call the front desk but no answer. Then I went inside the hotel and saw that there is no one at the reception. Again I waited for 10 minutes and the lady came and with laugh she told that she forgot to give the key for parking to go out after checking out. Is this a situation for laughing? We were stuck for more than 30 minutes due to her negligence. We are very disappointed. I will Need to inform every future customers with alert that be ware of harassment at this property."

"Excellent location, near the Airport. Complimentary Shuttle service is very prompt and efficient. Entire front desk Staff are Exemplary. Fully and Friendly Bilingual. Greg is a wonderful Host - very informative about the area and city. Kim was a Gem, and a skilled professional in helping me successfully mitigate an extra night stay that I needed. All Staff were polite, positive, personable and helpful. I had one of the nice King Suites; which was super roomy, very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Nice medium size refrigerator and microwave. Shower and bathtub. Very good value for the area. Complimentary Self Service Breakfast was well stocked; and constantly attended to and cleaned. Pretty cool location - only a super short stroll away from a nice IGA Market (with mega beer and wine selection), Walmart, Mega+; and including several restaurants - from famous Nickels Deli, to downhome Duffys Bar, to McDonalds, and more choices. The Hotel also offers a convenient self service coin laundry service, on site. Nice amenity. Very reliable Bus Service to lovely Downtown Montreal from the Airport is the convenient #747 - affordable and safe; with ticket options that include multi-day passes, that also include access toMontreals’ cool Metro (Subway) Network. For my first time Montreal visitors experience, the Quality Hotel and Suites met my needs and expectations, and was easy on the ‘pocketbook’ - and made my trip very special.
