"Comfortable and clean with a great, varied breakfast but the highlight for us was the staff. We received the warmest of welcomes of Tiago. It was pouring rain when we came back to collect our bags from a day out and Kevin, Jailson and Paulo were so kind. We had already checked out but Kevin and the front desk staff grabbed us towels to dry off and offered us the lobby bathroom to change. Jailson and Paulo were so helpful bringing us in from the downpour and with our massive bags. Thank you all, we had a great stay!"
