"There was a mix-up with our reservation through a technical error on the third party site. The hotel, & Mark, bent over backwards to help us out! We were given a room while I dealt with the issue. It was resolved. But the length of their hospitality to us was commendable! The room was great! The complimentary breakfast was unusual for us. "This was a last minute reservation. Check-in was painless and clerk was very friendly. Parking was easy, well lit, and close to room. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Only a small complaint - water pressure in shower was not as powerful as I like it to be. But not bad enough to reduce overall rating. Breakfast great - lots of yummy options. Not likely we will ever pass through again, but if we do and need a place to stay, will most definitely stay here."
