"Very clean room. I only wish the elevators matched the number of people using them, and having to wait a long time for elevators due to demand did slow us down a lot. It seemed several elevators were out of service, leaving only a very limited number available."

"The hotel is beautiful but there were some negatives. The pool was not heated. The spa lacked a steam room. The restaurant food was not good at all (the most disappointing part). And they keep these large koi fish in an indoor pool area with no access to the sun. Koi need sun for their health. This to me was just pure animal cruelty. For that reason, they should be ashamed of themselves."

"Old and historic property. With that being said, not all of the property is renewed but the rooms are kept clean :) service is good and is close to a lot of things in downtown chicago"
