"We stayed at Fairmont to celebrate our friend's birthday. Now I think it was perfect place for that. I asked at the reception to make small gift for my friend and you know, hotel provided a bottle of prosecco. It was very kind. The hotel is really luxury. The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. "I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"
