"Stayed for three days . asked everyday for someone to fix my TV, did not work at all. Several people came but none fixed . Said internet did not reach my room. Then why was I paying for a TV? Last evening of my stay they offered to move me. Kept saying they wopuld speak to mgr about problem but nothing ever happened. Breakfast was availble but low quality.Very dissappointed."

"When my mom and I first got there there was no one at the desk and there was another couple waiting to be helped. The guy didn’t come out from the back room for 10 min. After he helped the couple, I gave him my ID and credit card I reserved the room with and was told he couldn’t accept my card because the last blame didn’t match what was on my ID. When I told him I have never had an issue with other hotels accepting my card, he got very loud and rude and said he could cancel my reservation and...
