"We called the property at 9pm the night before we were going to stay before we booked the room. Asked if their hot tub was working and open for guests to use. They said it was open and working. We booked the room. Then after we check in we find out it is closed and has been for the past week!!! The whole reason we stayed there was for the hot tub (we were there for a birthday party). Luckily the property refunded our money, but we spent the rest of the evening finding"

"The room was clean, the pillow were perfect. Mattress was a little uncomfortable. we loved the all suites tower. Very convenient. Loved the band on stage and the gambling was fun"

"No microwave in room. Outdoor pool was open but very dirty. So many dead wasps floating in pool and more flying around. No net by pool or I would have just scooped them out myself. Hotel was pet friendly. Unaware that parking garage had low clearance so unable to park in covered garage. Slightly annoying as parking is one thing I always check on when looking for a hotel"

"Very outdated, lots of issues. To many to list. Would have had a better stay at a Holiday Inn and saved $$. I do not recommend"

"Room was good condition, but there seemed to be a stain on the sheets so unsure if they were changed between guests. The hot tub however was well over the legal limit a hot tub can be heated to. I know that seems silly, but it caused burns to our feet when we stood for less than 15 seconds in it trying to get used to the heat. It was dangerously hot- a potential lawsuit if a child fell in or if an adult just slipped in without using the steps to climb in. "
