"hotel is in a perfect location near the places one would like to visit in bangkok. adjacent to a Mall , with foodcourt and everything. the place is newly renovated, the rooms are especially big and AC is running well. i dont have anything bad to say about this place. it is perfect for my family. the staff is kind and helpful"

Easy walk from airport which is nice after a 9 hour flight, they do have shuttle buses as well. Rooms could really do with upgrading getting very tired, maybe that will happen now that the Hyatt group have taken over. "
