"A wonderful experience for this American and her daughter. The service was great, accommodating our arrival ahead of schedule while offering free beverages in the room during our stay. There was a restaurant in the hotel which offered a breakfast as well as dinner. The location was within walking distance from the train station. We were also located within walking distance of the old town, the bridges, and all the shopping we could manage during our two day stay. "
"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with amenities. The property has a great location but really stands out with the staff - every team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful.
A short walk to shops and restaurants, a beautiful lake view, and walkable to the train station (about 20 mins, easy enough even with luggage).

The hotel was thoughtful in the planning of the room-- a fan was provided in addition to the built-in ceiling fan, extra and different weight blankets than what was already on the bed, black-out shutters, screened windows, and plenty of glasses. I would recommend this hotel.
