It totally misleads. Charges are too much and much better hotels are available close by to this hotel like OYO which are much cleaner and much cheaper. Tried to call and talk to the hotel owner and he was not available to talk. . "

"The facade of the hotel is nothing like the picture ,it is in a slum area ,the stairs are that narrow you can hardly get up them,I booked a deluxe room but was shown to a room that was an internal room with no window the room was smelly and all sorts dusty .I have contacted ebookers with a view to getting a refund but with on luck yet "

"Very bad place to stay. Customer service is Very bad. They rip you off asking more money even after a making a reservation online. They don't have water to drink and if we ask for water, it takes more than an hour. They don't have AC working. They don't provide free breakfast even after advertising in online. They charge for it and falsely advertised it online. Expedia should take it out from their list. They ask for cash for everything and don't give you receipt so there is no proof of anything...
