"King's Inn was a welcome surprise while traveling across the US. The hotel is an older hotel so you may be tempted to just drive by. That would be a mistake. First, the staff at check in was so friendly and helpful. This is a family run business and they take pride in it. The room was fantastic. Old, yes, but spotless. The room is designed so you have everything you need, refrigerator, microwave. Beds are very comfortable. Without question, we would stay here again."

"Right along the road in our travels - quick stop on our way home. Room was clean and our family of 5 (three teens) enjoyed the convenience of three beds in one room. Rare find - usually one ends up on a sofa bed/couch. Note the Funky smell in the hallways and no elevator for second floor rooms. We expected this so wasn’t a big deal this time. Kids enjoyed the pool..breakfast was fine. Coffee was terrible though - even for hotel coffee….recommend going to the walkable gas station next door...

"For a quick trip this place is great, indoor pool was very nice and they had a washer/dryer if needed. The location and view (as long as youre on the river side) is beautiful and convenient. It is an older hotel that needs some upkeep and the window and my screens in my lower level room were not secure, but it felt/looked clean."
