"I landed at Entebbe airport at 11:00pm, reaching the hotel where no body welcome me, my room was in the 5th floor, I carried my suit case alone, very bad bed with two mattresses, TV was not working and the AC, sometimes good sometimes bad."

He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full. But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to...
