"The resort is gorgeous! Location couldn't be better. Winks, the resorts beach front dining, has a fire show every night at 8:30 P.M. Breakfast buffet was delicious! I had to wake up by 8AM to get beach loungers but the pool always had spots. The are a lot of mosquitoes. The resort provides repellent, but I bought more at 7-eleven. The jasmine bushes were so fragrant. It really is paradise. P.s. there's security 24 hours. I felt so safe. I barely locked my room door. "

"This was a return visit (we had a short stay last year) this hotel is amazing, it’s clean the parking is easy, the roof top bar has a lovely with a great food/drink menu, breakfast was great, it’s next to the mall, but what makes this hotel special is the fantastic Mimi she’s a real star ⭐️ also the rest of the staff were amazing thanks to you all for making our stay memorable "

"Situated in the busy area and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Started out with a pool side room but changed to one of the suites for an extended stay. The suite was excellent. Plenty of space. Seperate bedroom and living area. Cleaning staff were excellent and the hotel had a good atmosphere about it. Will definitely stay again."

"Lovely hotel Although they let People come for day pass which make the place look cheap as these they got fully undressed at the pool to change to their day clothes when they had to leave Not a pretty sight 🙈🐷"

"This is our last trip to this now disgusting hotel. - The rooms have stopped being cleaned completely. - The beach is dirty, they don't clean it at all. Twice in two weeks they pretended to pick up trash. The buoys in the water are broken, torn, and useless. - The activities from Friday to Sunday completely ruin a quiet and peaceful vacation. They drag the sunbeds around and then don't return them. The staff doesn't care at all. By the way, almost all the sunbeds are broken. - Weddings and other beach-wide gatherings are an art form. And there's no compensation for ruined days. - And the icing on the cake: this hotel is now a package tour hotel. Now all the riffraff come here for pennies and enjoy themselves. And those who bought a decent stay are treated like package tours."

"There was a janitor door across from our room with the door left open. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from but there was a smell like sewage near our door. You may want to check that across from or in the hallway of 4503. The shower floor was slippery in the bathtub and outside the bathtub. "
