"Overall the hotel is ok but they gave hard time to my son when he checking in, they are asking about hotel voucher that is not even issued, make story short , I called Expedia and got canceled and rebooked but the stress that my Grandson has not acceptable, because he did car racing the whole day but he can't check in. Took almost 3 hours before they fixes the issue. The room type that I booked is no longer available so I assumed the over booked."
"Kingsley's is an older style hotel offering huge rooms with balconies overlooking the hotel entrance. The bathroom is great, particularly the shower and hot water. I found the bed to be very comfortable. But on the downside, there are problems with the floating floor lifting, in my room and downstairs in the bar. "our room was very spacious and clean with alot of toiletries available in the room. My kids enjoyed staying in the bunk beds. The hotel is closed to entertainment ex. casino nearby bars and many different restaurants/food to chose from in the main level."
