"Amazing resort ! "

"The staff was very attentive and helpful when you needed them. We did not have hot water one day and it was addressed immediately. The only negative aspect of our trip was the casino. It was advertised differently than we experienced. The hours of operation was a bit off from what we are normally accustomed to. There was very little play so the atmosphere was really dead."

La atención del personal excelente, fue lo mejor, siempre amables y atentos. Al menos en mi habitación habían una cantidad muy grande de mosquitos (mate al menos 30 - 40), otros insectos pequeños y hasta una pequeña cucaracha. El baño no olía bien, y la puerta del baño deja pasar toda el agua cuanto uno se baña por lo que hay que secar todo el piso luego."

"Overall, the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The wildlife was a highlight of the stay. We saw monkeys, a sloth, lizards and many different types of birds, which made the experience feel especially unique. The hotel itself was peaceful and never felt overly crowded, which was a major plus. The main drawback was the service, which was consistently slow throughout the stay. From check-in to being seated and served at lunch and dinner, there were noticeable delays. At the wet bar, I waited about 15 minutes before the bartender was able to take my order. It did not seem to be a reflection of the staff themselves, but rather that the property appeared understaffed, especially at the restaurants and bars. Checkout was similar, with only one person at the front desk managing both phone calls and guest departures. The food and drinks were very good and clearly well prepared, though they felt overpriced given the level of service. Overall, the property itself was lovely and the setting was memorable, but the staffing and service experience did not quite match the price point. Note: If you plan to drive, be extremely careful as there were a lot of cars parked on the side of the road by beach goers, making it narrow and dangerous with oncoming vehicles."

"Everything is first class all the way. You are treated with respect and professionalism. The staff are all very nice. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are well stocked with towels and accessories. I highly recommend staying at this hotel/resort. It costs a bit more but in this case you get exactly what you pay for. "

"Breakfast was really good you get 1 free plate on the menu and buffet style with drinks and cereal. Rooms were nice and spacious, beautiful pool view and laundry was easy to use."
