"A clean and well appointed hotel. It met all our expectations."

"Check-in closed 5 minutes early, leaving us to drive around trying to locate our 'room'. The 'resort' is in a residential estate area, apart from a restaurant on site we could not really see anything special about this place. It did have a nice large king bed and heated bathroom floor and a bath tub, other than that, nothing special about the place and we had to lugg our luggage up to the top floor, despite asking for a ground floor room due to mobility issues."

"Nice quiet hotel with good breakfast. Downtown is just a 10 minute walk. Breakfast starts at 6 AM which is helpful as lot of tours start very early. Its a bit pricey (Queenstown premium) but breakfast and proximity to downtown make up for it. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The toileteries were nice."

"Overall the hotel was fine. Room was clean, breakfast was good. I would probably have given 4 out of 5 stars. However, the parking situation is really not great. There are If you are driving and have any heavy luggage, you may end up having to drag your bags . In hindsight, it also occurs to me they never offered a porter for my bags or valet service. That’s the short version. The long version is the hotel is built on a hillside and there are three separate guest buildings. There is an underground parking garage under each building, each with its own elevator up to that building only. So if you don’t (or can’t) park in the garage under your building, it’s a long walk to your room, and you will need to take different elevators. Hard to explain and that may be why the receptionist did not explain it to me at check-in. I’m not sure what the fix is - maybe a valet or porter. "
