"The day before we were supposed to arrive, I called to ask about getting a recliner in our room for my husband to sleep in, because his pain had gotten so severe that he wasn’t sleeping in a bed. His hip replacement surgery was scheduled for the morning after our arrival at the hotel. The desk clerk immediately upgraded our room to a handicap room with ground floor access and a chair in the room, because they didn’t have any recliners. She was so accommodating and sweet!! "We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, modern and close to downtown. The staff is friendly and polite, in fact, everyone in Bend was happy and polite, and I can see why because it’s such a beautiful place! The lobby has a bar which closes around 10, but front staff will serve you drinks until two in the morning. The beer and cider on rotation were decent choices! This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and we will definitely be back again."
