"Without a doubt the best hotel in Matagalpa. Highly recommended! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and were responsive to every need. The room was spacious, well appointed, and perfectly clean. The property is beautiful, with wonderful gardens and a very secure location. It is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Too bad I can only give it five stars. Everything was perfect."

"We really enjoyed our peaceful stay at the lodge! It was really special to sleep in the "tree-houses" surrounded by nature and waking up to the most beautiful view of the river! The room and the whole lodge was really clean and the mosquito nets protected us really well. All the tours we booked were a lot of fun and very interesting (Orlando gave us a lot of information), especially the hike was amazing! "We had an amazing stay! We loved the meals at the restaurant & the ambiance as well. Beautiful place. The staff was attentive, polite & very accommodating.
