"The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. "This place was foul. The entire property smelled like weed. The bed was caved in like a 500 lb man had slept in it for a month straight. The shower had old bars of soap. They “ran out” of pillows. Dirty underwear and condom wrappers in the hallway. If we hadn’t gotten there as late as we did, I would not have stayed."

"The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door."

"Our stay was disappointing overall. The hotel is showing its age, and our room felt old and run-down. The toilet paper holder repeatedly fell off the wall, and you could clearly see it had been screwed back into the same damaged spot many times instead of being properly repaired.

"1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back
