"We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."

"A few issues. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff made efforts to have it fixed, and were willing to move us. By then, we were "in for the night" so they gave us vouchers for free breakfast.
No soap in the dispenser in the shower."

"The room did not have a remote control for the TV and the coffee was decaf only. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the front desk personnel, and he didn’t seem to give it any attention. On the other hand, the shuttle bus drivers were awesome!"
