"We had a perfect overnight stay at the Red Lodge Resort en route to our final destination in Killarney, and thanks in large part to their incredible staff member Val, we will absolutely be back for a longer stay! We checked in on a rainy Sunday evening after a very bumpy ride across Georgian Bay on the Chi-Cheemaun. We had already been traveling for many hours when we disembarked from the boat, and we were looking forward to checking into our room and getting a good sleep before more travel the next day. When I arrived to check in, it became apparent that there was a mix-up with the reservation that was 100% my fault. I made a mistake with my booking, but didn't realize the error until I was at the check-in desk. I was so worried that my error would mean a huge headache--and a big delay getting access to our room, resulting in even crankier kids. Instead, Val quickly found a resolution that worked perfectly for us. She was helpful, kind, resourceful, and committed to finding a solution, even knowing the mistake was entirely mine (and the result of carelessness when booking!). I can't describe my relief when we got checked in and made our way to our room, which was so cozy and comfortable! We had everything we needed, enjoyed the incredible views, and had a wonderful, restful sleep before continuing on our journey. Thanks for making sure our trip got off to a great start -we can't wait to come back!"

"Room was well maintained & clean. We didnโt saw anyone from staff, but got a chance to be greeted by the owner during check-inn & it was really great to know about the places to wonder in tobermory, so that you just need to go ahead for it. The property has the best lake view from patio & private beach section, where you could have a memorable time with your loved ones."
