"The single worst hotel experience of my time in Africa: I asked the hotel if I was settled with my bill when I was checking out. They said yes: I needed to pay with credit card since I have no local currency. "This place is so dirty 😭, no WiFi ,only extremely hot water in showers no cold water I absolutely hated my stay"

"The staff really makes you feel like you are a valued guest. The shopping centre is nearby within walking distance."

"I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk."

"Excellent service and helpful staff"
