"The property was wonderful. The staff was nice, room clean and bed was comfortable, however there was a terrible smell on the 8th floor. Breakfast was amazing!"
"My son and I stayed July 12 through the 15th. There was one staff person who stood out. The night clerk, Dariel Marius. She was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. You could tell she really cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. She went the extra mile with a couple of small issues and it made me feel cared for.
I will stay at the hotel again with no hesitation because of her."
"Great location, clean room , beautiful lobby. Didn’t interact with staff much and didn’t have the room serviced during our 2 day stay. Breakfast is not included and desk said it’s been some time since it was yet Expedia still lists it as such ."
"The staff is very friendly, especially Giselle the receptionist, she helped me feel at home, I loved the hotel, I would definitely go back, the only thing I didn't like is that I ordered sugar and cream at night for my coffee and a young man told me that they didn't have any more, obviously I didn't believe him I guess he didn't want to bother, but that doesn't mean I don't come back, I highly recommend it."
