"The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. "Priced competitively, and a great location near restaurants and entertainment. Staff was excellent. Only downside was the tv's in the rooms were not able to receive the free channels CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX. Hence we missed the worldcup game featuring USA. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks."
