Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Central East Coast Florida

"Room and bathroom were outdated by decades. Carpet awful! Lobby was no better. Pool was green and closed for a bit and reopened. I couldn’t believe folks still went in even though it looked horrible. Pictures on the website were far better than what we actually experienced. Staff were amazing!! The only positive."

"The property was well maintained but the housekeeper on the 2nd night (Friday) made the bed up with a shirt still left under the sheets. Not sure if she was in a hurry or not."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the room was large and spotless. The infuser in the lobby made the experience wonderful the minute I walked in the door by the hotel. A small detail but definitely noticeable I would highly recommend and we'll stay there again"

"Room needed a deep clean! Dirt and scum behind bathroom door, Couch had what appeared to be dried blood stain and mattress pad for couch pullout bed also had what appeared as a blood or ink stain. "

"Keith whom checked us in was amazing, quick and kind. The breakfast ladies were so nice every morning. It’s a quick walk to the cocoa beach pier. It has easy beach accesses. Publix and multiple restaurants in the area. Great stay and location"
