"The place is really nice, very relaxing, easy to work out of if you too. The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. Beautiful lobby with coffee shop. Rockland is walkable from hotel. Lots of good food. We took ferry to Vinal Island for a day trip. Only 15 dollars round trip. We stayed in early march so was off season. I recomend this hotel."

"Oh yes; dog treats in the lobby; BIG help with me maneuvering puppy dog outside with 3 legs and 15 years old; rearranging rugs to accommodate him as he’s terrified of falling on wood, linoleum, and tile floors. These people WERE NOT ASKED for help either; they saw me struggling with my back issues; jumped right in to make accessibility easier for my baby doggy!"

"I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags.
