"Let me preface by saying that I had stayed at 3 different hotels in Chile before arriving into Courtyard. By far, the most complicated and shady placed I stayed in. Taxes: upon arrival I was charged taxes (again) even though I showed that in my receipt the taxes had already been paid off. Breakfast: they had posters all over the hotel showing that the breakfast time was between 6am - 10:30pm. I went to eat at 10:00am. "My wife and I host group tours so it is very important we stay in an amazing hotel. We had a group of 23 and the hotel was absolutely amazing ! Where possible early check-in was provided for those who arrived on a very early flight. Breakfast was amazing. The whole team at Bidasoa were super professional. We hosted our welcome dinner at the hotel and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"A beautful small castle with bespoke charm. You really experienced all the trappings of its heritage. Absoultely gorgeous! A fantastic location set amoungst a huge range of eclectic cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the funicular and cable car entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loveliest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. So different to the standard formula hotels. A once in a lifetime experience . 👍🙂"
