"The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking.
Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place."

"The superbly friendly and helpful staff at this hotel is the only saving grace and if it’s a must, its location right next to the airport. Other than these two, find a different hotel. The initial room I was given had a non working AC. (Mind you, the area’s temperature is in the upper 80s (fahrenheit) with an 80+ % humidity. So, it’s hot and you’re sweating!) "We had an amazing 2-day stay at bai Hotel Cebu. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We booked for 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The food selection was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious choices. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall ambiance of the property especially the pool bar which has a stunning 360 views of Cebu City....

"We were put in a room on the 3rd floor initially but A/C does not blow cool air. Beds were old. It rained around dawn and we woke up to puddles on the floor so we reported and. We were then moved to a room 2 floors up. A/C still wont blow cool air. The bidet hose was leaking with yellowish water coming out. Don’t stay here."
