"I really enjoyed this hostile right in the heart of historic Lisbon. Even though it was on the fourth floor, there was an accommodating elevator that was always available. The property was clean and well-maintained, the showers were hot, and there was a lovely kitchen and breakfast room where you could enjoy the Free breakfast the next morning. "Mon fils était dans un dortoir partagé et ma fille et moi sur le même étage dans une chambre privée et c'était parfait! Vraiment un bel endroit, super propre. Dans le dortoir, ils se partageaient une salle de bain à 4 et mon fils a apprécié le fait que ce soit à même la chambre. Je vous conseille l'endroit! "

"Amazing welcome and staff !! They know their city so well and were always so accommodating and friendly. We loved the tapas dinner and spectacular fado concert, we met so many great travellers here. Everything was very clean and well organised. The evening tea service after a cold but wonderful day in Sintra was just perfect. Will be back to see more of the city and to visit this hostel."

"Stayed in a private room that was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay for a couple days. Good location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the guys helped us carry our bags up and down the stairs to our room. Breakfast was a nice perk."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
