"Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given...

"Loved this hotel. I really liked the delicious breakfast buffet, this was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets in Central Asia in my opinion. The hotel was in a good location, near restaurants and shops and the subway / metro wasn't too far away. I really liked the swimming pool and sauna and we were able to book a 50-minute private access to it each day. Definitely recommend this hotel!"
