Miss Paula is incredibly kind, and her customer service is truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The owners and Miss Paula were super nice, sweet, and accommodating, always checking in to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay not only comfortable but truly enjoyable."

"I got to the hotel gave them my name and I was told that they didn’t have any booking for me I waited at the desk for over an hour I got upset and left. I returned back after getting the confirmation confirming my reservations and the manager then stated that they had a late check out and she would have to clean the room to get me checked in. I was then told that they could only accommodate me with one night stay when I booked for two nights. The next morning as I was checking out the manager said she had a smaller room that could accommodate my next night to my surprise when I got in the room it was like staying in a cupboard there was no privacy for a second guest to use the rest room as it was all in one this is unacceptable. "
